I am a 0-to-1 design leader with 10 years experience building delightful consumer products within mission-driven teams. I’ve worn a lot of hats and grown in all sorts of ways.

My superpower is the ability to operate across altitudes, styles, and disciplines simultaneously. I am well-versed in the need to balance the need for creativity and innovation with rigorous product principles in order to drive impact.

Titan Director of Product & Design Jan 2024 - present

I work with the executive team to turn company strategy into delightful outcomes as a player-coach across design and product. I deploy my wide range of skills to de-risk decision making, encourage divergent thinking, and develop the team.

As a product leader, I spearhead projects critical to the business. In late 2023 I led the team relaunching our fastest growing strategy to date, and have helped generate $500m in net transfers since joining.

As a design leader, I work tirelessly to drive quality into the app and serve as the bridge between brand, marketing, and product. These efforts have swung NPS by over 40 points in the last two quarters. I also manage the design team, including IC, lead, and contract designers, ranging in size from 10 to 2 (2022 to now).

Snapchat Staff Product Designer May 2019 – 2022

Worked directly with Evan Spiegel (Founder, CEO) and the executive team to discover, define, and ship innovative social experiences.

Led product strategy as an IC for Memories, Chats, Stories, and Creator Monetization, including quarterly roadmap and strategy planning, team representation, and company-wide communication. Pitched, specced, and shipped countless features, working in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams.

Helped build bridges between marketing, product, and research teams, helping to establish UXR as a critical competency, including launching an onsite research studio.

Helped create and launch Snapchat’s first design system, building momentum with the Engineering team, and culminating in a new Eng organization with full staffing.

Laid the groundwork with Evan and the Ads organization to shift monetization strategy from ads to subscriptions, culminating with the launch of Snapchat+.

Bumble Product Design Lead Jan 2017 – Mar 2019

Worked directly with Whitney Wolfe Herd (Founder, CEO), taking on the responsibilities after the founding Creative Director and CPO moved on.

Led design strategies to distill Bumble’s huge brand aspirations into meaningful in-app features, including the diversification into friend-finding (with BFF) and networking (with Bizz), and launching our first micropayments currency and feature (with SuperSwipes).

Helped mature the design competency at both Bumble and Bumble’s parent company, Badoo, where I actual led design for three “next gen” products including Bumble with two designers I directly managed.

Helped design and build a universal design system to be used across six dating products, meaning we could build once and deploy everywhere for speed to learning.

Yubl Founding Designer Sep 2013 – Nov 2016

I worked with an ex-Playstation founder to build a range of innovative products based on an international technology patent, eventually focusing on building a social network (Yubl) for which I was a founding designer.
